when i talk a lot at home, they either don't seem interested or they just don't listen (because they're either fussing around the brother or the sister). okay so i stop talking.
when i don't talk, they assume i'm PMS-ing. or i'm being moody.
when i protest that there is REALLY nothing wrong with me and suggest subtlely that maybe the cause for my silence is THEM, they say i'm being difficult. and rude.
they are REALLY getting very hard to please.
am in the middle of a cold war with them, because of some comments they made yesterday night that really got me fired up and pissed and fed up and everything.
i mean, NEVER MIND if they haven't exactly been the most attentive parents around and NEVER MIND if they haven't been particularly concerned about what i'm doing in school and out of school but i'd SERIOUSLY appreciate it if they at least give me SOME form of support in whatever i choose to do and the decisions i make. and not dismiss any non-academical choice i make as something that'd put me off my studies and instead of giving me the support i WANT go on and on about how i'd better put more focus on my schoolwork, it's not all play at school, blabla, blablabla.
eh, hello hello? I KNOW ALL THAT!
rawr. maybe i should do a termly written report on what i've been up to the whole term and state all my reasons for committing to everything i've committed myself to. no arguing, no being interrupted, no pleading them to see the point. it'd be a lot less agitating don't you think?
other than that, i had quite an entertaining schoolday. 'A' level results released today, i think the j3's did pretty well as a cohort! yayyyy
halfdayhalfdayhalfdayhalfday!
