am majorly sad

it HAD to end like this. anything argentinian spells bad news for england, beckham was handed the infamous red card in a match with argentina, and yesterday rooney was dealt another one by the argentinian ref. my heart just SANK alright, my uncle's entire neighbourhood was jeering the ref, some guy in an adjacent apartment threw a packet of potato chips at his tv screen. and brazil. BRAZIL!!!!!! one loss is sad enough, two losses in a row for the two teams i hoped to win the cup was devastating

AND ROONEY'S RED CARD WAS SO UNCALLED FOR GRR GRR GRR.

sad sad sad sad :( was sad for all the players, especially beckham because you could see the anguish etched on that man's face. and stevieeeeeee! he ran, he tackled, and he created so many opportunities which the team missed aarghhh. lampard was disappointing though.

but they held their ground with TEN MEN. and every player worked his ass off on the pitch. england are ALREADY champions <3

was sorely disappointed in brazil's match, because if anybody played like champions, it was the french. zidane alone was inspiring to watch. when henry scored my heart just went down further aaaaaaaaah

now i hope france wins the world cup. before that i hope they thrash portugal updowninoutleftright because their win wasn't as deserving as france's. sorry cristiano by poking your nose into the refereeing so much you've just been dropped from my list of favourites grrrrrr.
