30 chilling minutes

today a modern pirate cum businesswoman, a red indian, a cowgirl, and a hip hop poseur attacked the shores of siloso beach in a brewing thunderstorm and for an agonizing 30 minutes, attempted to film a powerful and compelling video that will tell the tale of Azara, while lightning flashed and thunder rolled to add to the sombre atmosphere. to summarize all that fancy talk, WE WERE OUT IN THE OPEN IN THE MIDST OF A LIGHTNING FEST DONNING FUNNY COSTUMES RISKING OUR NECKS TO FILM THE ORIENTATION VIDEO.

but ohwell it was rather fun (: soe-na and fel were carrying a curved knife and a sword respectively and they looked so real and menacing this guy got the shock of his life when soena decided to pull an achilles a la Troy in the middle of the bus interchange. i was pretty surprised no one even questioned us on our possession of dangerous weapons haha. probably because of our over-the-top costumes.

but i swear i've never seen sentosa buses so packed before, so it was rather unfortunate when about 10 buses passed by while the aerius ogls were decked in their animal coverings haha. oh and there were two couples taking their wedding photos aww so cute (:

sentosa's quite a dead place now ): honestly i wouldn't even pay 3 bucks to go there if not for the clean beaches and cute lifeguards.
