cny has been great AND exhausting so far, it has never occured to me to be especially thankful for a close knit extended family and near zero family politics but i now am. what would we do without the zest that comes with it?

haha the upside about this year's is relatives are finally getting solid answers to the questions they pose every single year. like "what uni courses are you considering?" "going overseas for uni?" and the age old query on my relationship status ha. speaking of that ys met my entire extended family on my maternal side yesterday and we went visiting at his side at night where i was introduced to the world of HEAVY BETTING BLACKJACK. alright not exactly heavy betting, but consider the fact that the biggest bet i've ever placed when playing with my family members is 20cents you'd consider bets of 2 bucks (which is TEN TIMES MORE) to seriously violate the principle of thrift.

i don't want cny holidays to end! end = looming results day + tekong book in day + work (groan). oh speaking of results, does anyone remember if we received a hard copy results slip of SAT1 results? or where we can download a hard copy from because i friggin can't remember and SMU requires it for direct application into its double degree programme.
