met up with RECRUIT AUDREY LEE today haha omg i must still say this again i've never seen her tanner. okay maybe i have, i just don't remember her being so..brown when she was still canoeing! xp came later and we went shopping yeah man it's the first time i'm spending my paycheck on stuff i want, for lack of a better phrase, i felt damn shuang. but figured retail isn't necessary therapeutic for me. for one, i felt really unwilling to part with the hard earned cash, thus culminating in the purchase of only A bag (within my mother's budget nonetheless- not mine) during the whole 5-hour spree. And two, even with spare moolah to bust my acceptable price range for specific items has not adjusted from the past when my budget was dependent on how much of my weekly pocket money had been literally eaten away at school. simply put, i look at stuff i fancy with an equally fanciful price tag and schoolgirl instinct tells me to put it back immediately on the rack lest i be hammered for spending 3 weeks worth of pocket money.
sad sad luh.
audrey left around 5 and xp and i walked about for a bit before our feet convinced us to sit at gloria jeans and just talk. haha I AM VERY EXCITED ABOUT WHAT WE'RE PLANNING, omg something to look forward to in the midst of a work-eat-sleep routine that is getting ridiculously mundane. the thought of it happening makes me bounce up and down, literally.
and camouflage boy is coming back from field camp tomorrow! phonecalls are coming back yayyy i am growing deranged, have to keep resisting the urge to call him on his phone and tell him about weird/annoying/funny random stuff that's been going on lately, just to hear what he thinks about them and heck, even have him roll his eyes on the other end at why i find these amusing haha.
if i might add, sometimes i stop for a moment and look around at what's going on, i feel really really happy knowing there's one who knows me inside out and puts up with all the shortcomings that come with the package (:
