first up, went to fulfil ys's long harboured intention of taking the cable car to sentosa in the morning. due to a terrible sin he committed, he was forced to do this the entire day as and when i pleased
see la. make me angry you get to carry my handbag.
couldn't stand the hot air outside so we boarded the bus that would take us back to harbourfront (air con!) barely 2 hours later. then it was aimless wandering around until the time came to queue to enter the countdown venue at vivo! it wasn't until 8 that the show started but heckkk, we were sitting in the queue by 6 haha. gave ferleen and weiquan the 2 extra tickets and they joined us soon after
pre-show performances!
by the live the dream contestants. shauna simon was hothothotttt. the atmosphere got so high that the by definition frontman started climbing up the metal rails at the sides that were holding up the stage canopy whoa. and the cameraman liked ferleen alot HAHA he kept zoooooming in on her face while she smsed hoho!
then gurmit singh came onstage to host the show and he was uber hilarious haha!photos from the actual show!
even the deal or no deal girls performed. someone was salivating next to me -raises eyebrow- oh and the red thing you see popping up in the last photo is the cap of this super enthu angmoh in front of us. he came alone but omg he was HIGGHHHHH. he'd stand up in the middle of some performances and rock along himself HAHA
grand finale!
i've never shouted the countdown louder in my entire life HAHA the atmosphere was great! though we were all exhausted and sleepy but whoa it was quite an experience(: to top it all off we even caught bits of the fireworks display on mount faber!
