our last, and sad to say, my very first, after missing all the previous ones due to one reason or another. div2 plate runners up(: i didn't exactly know how to place my emotions after it all ended-- it wasn't the way i'd wanted it to end, yet entwined with that disappointment was this subtle sense of accomplishment and joy that we've ventured this far as a team which was overall less experienced but nevertheless, strong. may not have gone into it with the j2s, but i've learnt so much more from the j1s and from playing on their team than what i could have picked up in trainings alone. am proud of each and every single one of them for showing so much resilience, determination, and spirit that spurred me on everytime fatigue crept up on me. am sorry for the mistakes on my part, but thank you, team b, for roughing it out on pitch, and for all that support. we couldn't have made it this far without every single teammate (:
team a- you guys were truly inspiring to watch! and cup runners up, congrats girls (: thank you for just being there to egg us on to stay strong, there couldn't be a better way to end this (:

team <3soon it'd be time to leave the pitch for good and pick up our books like good ol' nj students. life'd be weird without training and all our post/pre training rubbish, gossip sessions, wash-up madness, fartleks, bully-bao/lu/mar-sessions, ball scrubbing, watching the pros do their dives (haha), and everything else will be dearly missed. am thankful for this bunch of wonderful people i got to know, they've truly defined my jc experience.
