would you like me to switch off the fire?

AQUA celebrations yesterday was a whole load of fun, haha. felt handicapped the entire night cos i was in a skirt and therefore: a) couldn't sit on the floor and b) was shooed away from the bbq pit by sam haha.

reached suihang's house around 650 and jing was already at the entrance. walked in, were (honestly) awestruck at the grandeur of the main lobby. spotted the rest who had already set up a very nice fire and started bbqing

generally, the following sum up why the night was so eventful

1) jing and i walked in circles much to the amusement of this old man walking his dogs while we were searching for the playground haha. it turned out to be right at the end of this looooong ramp which we thought led to to the CARPARK.

2) we were removed, not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES by the security guards from places where we chose to start our capt ball games. once from the pathway behind the bbq pit, the second time from the poolside, and the third time from the multi purpose hall haha

3) INDIAN POKER! the game itself was funny, but the forfeit was a thousand times funnier. sausage kisses between the losers! two of the unfortunates had to hold two ends of a sausage between their teeth and start biting towards the centre where their lips would eventually meet hmmm. suihang and haowen's kiss was (ahem) PASSIONATE and the one between greg and terence was plain hilarious, with a terrified terence backing continuosly into everybody around and greg trying his best to GET TO THE SAUSAGE that terence had in his mouth HOHO

4) captain's ball! guys vs. girls. haha we nearly owned the guys hahahaha i was defender and half the time i couldn't see the ball cos i was laughing so hard at the failed shots that i had tears in my eyes

5) CHUBBY BUNNY, the most silent game in history. the objective: to stuff the most number of marshmallows you could into your mouth without chewing, without suffocating yourself . i did 6 with chewing, chriselle managed 8, suihang goodnessknowshowmany, jerrick 8 without chewing, zhiwei lost count i think, and choonboon owned with NINE without chewing which he subsequently purged into a plastic bag haha

6) when you have a pool available you throw people in it. people either willingly got dunked or fell in or, like our host himself, ran in to avoid getting dunked. the funniest was when choonboon got PUSHED in with suihang in a subsequent attempt to dunk the latter HAHA

7) melody's immediate response when jing and i told her that we have to eat less to stay light for the cball game later so we could beat the guys: "HUH you mean we'll be the balls later?"

aaaand the night was summed up with suihang's famous last words:

"ehhh you all still want to cook or not if not i switch off the fire already ah."

then some of us retreated to the PLAYGROUND hooray hahaha climbed the monkey bars for the first time in 13547 years and chriselle jing and i started a swing competition haha. fun!

hitched a ride home with terence from rayshio's dad. was pretty relieved i got dropped off right opposite my house and not yck where terence and i had initially thought we'd be. haha thanks sam and co for all that food and fun!
