dramarama at covo!

ohmannnnnnn it was all good that i decided to leave school early because of the flu. because anyway our lunch at covo took wayyy longer than expected. partly because they were understaffed and crawling with customers, and majorly because there was high drama there for which the police was called in.

this ex-employee who was apparently drunk and mad at the ex-manager turned the place upside down by overturning tables and smashing cutlery and crockery everywhere! the four of us were blissfully unaware at first because were were sitting by the pond outdoors. then shuj and audrey were able to watch the drama unfold through the semi-opaque curtain. he was MAD and scaring all the other diners. the police got called in and it wasn't a very pretty sight, to make matters worse they only had 2 people doing the waitering at that time, so our food was delayed.

scary. i hope the guy gets caught.

but the food was as good as always! the staff were really apologetic about it and i hope it doesn't affect their business much.
