AAAAAAH one week of holidays has passed and i've barely touched my notes, save for some half-hearted browsing through math and bio (from which i have NOT gained the slightest sign of enlightenment) and whatever note-touching i've done in the make-up lessons in the week (unfortunately flipping pages is not equivalent to ABSORBING anything on them) so to summarise the entire chunk of babble i've just typed: I'M DEADDDDD.

considering that today is effectively the last day for me to do any serious studying before i leave for YLTC on wed (i have bio tomorrow and a shopping trip planned. tuesday is NTU day.), and i have bout 8917439812635135 pages of notes to sift through, i REALLY am quite done for.

yes it's only the first week blablabla and i have three other weeks blablabla but considering the amount of topics i have to plough through? this calls for serious panicking.

AAAHHH!

other than that, i made my first REAL purchase of the holiday! an ebase top, on discount wheee. trekked through marina square with adeline and val yesterday. that mall is freakin big it took us 4 hours just to cover one level and another hour to get lost in the maze of shops. tried on almost anything that we took a fancy to and did some major fitting-room hogging hoho. like in fox where val was thrown at least 8 different pieces of clothing to try on by an excited adeline when this in-your-face sign on the doors said 'MAX 3 PCS' haha.

walked, asked for directions to genki sushi which adeline had vouchers for, got distracted, got lost, and eventually found the place after much running around. we were starveddddd.

after that it was dinner with the family at long beach. YAYYY SEAFOOD the lobster and crabs were AAAAAAHHHHHH hahah best i've every eaten. oh and they served dessert in this globe-like thingy that had dry ice flowing out of it hahah so cool but it looked like something out of a mad scientist's lab because there was GREEN LIQUID in the globe. haha steaming green liquid.

overall i had a really great day yesterday! spoiled only by the afterthought that i hadn't done any REAL studying. ohwell haha
