went jeans-shopping today with my mum... and returned empty handed hohum

shaw isetan's levi's was disappointing. they chucked all their jeans (on sale, haha) together and didn't even bother to separate the men's and ladies'. and when i asked for help i didn't get anything more than a flippant answer i was so annoyed that i decided to look elsewhere. the 60% reductions were okay though, IF you could actually find a ladies' cut. 70% of what i pulled out were MEN'S.

trekked through almost the whole of orchard but didn't manage to find one with The Perfect Fit. because of my humongous bum i may just be condemned to the realm of non-fitting jeans bah. finally found one in guess which fitted the leg area perfectly, BUT couldn't contain anything above that well enough. RAHHHH my derriere is the bane of my existence and I DON'T CARE how many people tell me curviness is an appreciated physical attribute in women and i REALLY DON'T think it's much of an assurance to say it gives for easier CHILDBIRTH like ohmygodwhattheheck give me a break i can never find nice pants boooh. oh by the way guess is offering some rly good discounts. jeans originally priced at almost 300bucks going for 80plus. good luck looking for your size though.

FINALLY found this pair in mango, that mummy said was over budget so i'll have to wait for the seasonal sales. i'm just PRAYING they'll have it in my size then. or i'll cry, or something.

there were mambo boardshorts going for 32 bucks at wisma like OHMYGOODNESS huge reduction. if it weren't for the jeans i'd have gotten a pair grrr.

yes so that's all for good steals i've snuffed out today. AM CURRENTLY STILL LAGGING BEHIND about 70% of my classmates in CT revision, so tata. oh and there's project runway on tonight, whee!

which reminds me, my packing for YLTC is very much, well, undone. i don't even think i have enough shorts to last me five frikkin days.
