OMG EVERYONE SHOULD GO WATCH SECRET!!!!
i mean, apart from the most substantial reason that jay (like, THE jay) chou was director, scriptwriter, songwriter, music producer AND star of the movie, everyone should go watch it because the plot was simply awesome and i totally did not expect the twist. not to mention the settings were absolutely breathtaking, rustic small-town charm! you could see the close attention paid to the smallest details peppered through the movie, from the barely noticeable clues hinting at the surprise to come to the tiniest objects which turned out to bear great significance. and have i mentioned the BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL piano pieces! i loveeeee his piano playing, and as it turns out ALL his co-stars who were pianists on reel ARE actual pianists in real life! even anthony wong HAHA(:
i have never been happier in a long long time, this beats curse of the golden flower hands down (jay's got much much more screen time, baby!)
