biennale-d today!

my aunt and i got lost in the tanglin road area while searching for tanglin camp. and we ended up touring the really posh estate along tanglin road like OHMYGILLYGOSH this mansion ESTATE had five friggin porsches and two mercedes benzes parked in the porch. i probably won't earn enough in a LIFETIME to own ONE PORSCHE. and this guy's got FIVE. and he (or she) erected this humonstrous bronze statue of an EAGLE about five metres tall in front of the foyer. like ohmygoodness!

if anybody reading this happens to be a member of the abovementioned family, if you're thinking of getting a sixth porsche kindly think of poor nat here who suffers from bouts of bankruptcy on a monthly basis. THE KEEP-NAT-GOING FUND NEEDS YOU!!!

anyway the biennale was interesting. some pieces were good, others were huhidon'tgeddit. i liked the "disaster is served" one at city hall! so cool so cool. some were pretty morbid, like that secret interiors exhibit with dolls in jars of chemicals looking..morbid.

oh and i had dimsum today in 90781234 years so i'm happy :)

okay, WAS happy, until i came home and faced the monster that was PW.
